My career spans three decades at the intersection of business leadership, strategy, and deep technology – from pioneering optical networking research at Bell Labs in the US and leading product architecture at Photuris -start-up backed by tier-1 Silicon Valley VC firms-, to building and scaling three business consulting practices at global firms, and now advising clients from SMBs to Fortune 500 executives on AI strategy and transformation as founder of a boutique AI consulting firm.

At Bell Labs and in venture-backed start-ups (Photuris, Corvis), I led teams developing industry-first optical networking products that became the backbone of global telecommunications infrastructure – work that resulted in 6 US patents and 25+ publications in premier journals. As Managing Director at Altran Consulting, Senior Director at Atos Consulting, and Practice Leader at Arthur D. Little, I built three profitable consulting businesses from zero to seven-figure revenue, competing successfully against Big Four firms by combining strategic insight with hands-on technical credibility.
Since 2017, I’ve focused exclusively on AI strategy and transformation through MachiMind, advising clients on high-impact AI adoption – identifying opportunities, designing transformation roadmaps, and building AI solutions that drive measurable ROI. My approach combines business acumen from years of P&L ownership and C-suite advisory with deep technical expertise in cutting-edge AI (Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, MCP) and a strong academic foundation that includes a PhD in Economics (Summa Cum Laude), dual Master’s degrees and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Engineering and Economics, executive education from Columbia and IE Business Schools, and a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning through 40+ specialized courses in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Business Management from top universities.
